Crashing when opend

Good Day

I’m experiencing ongoing issues with LightBurn on Windows 11. The application repeatedly crashes shortly after opening—essentially as soon as I attempt to perform any action. In addition, the LightBurn integration/link from CorelDRAW is not functioning and remains grayed out, so I’m unable to send work through from CorelDRAW.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling LightBurn several times, including restarting the computer between installs, but the problem persists.

Could you please advise on the recommended troubleshooting steps or any known compatibility issues with Windows 11 and the CorelDRAW integration? If you’re able to remote in to diagnose and resolve this more efficiently, I’m happy to arrange that.

Two issues:

  1. Crashes
  2. Corel not play nice

I do not use Corel, or any other because I do all design work in Lightburn. This may be related to #1.

Lightburn should not crash. I am using v2.0.05 without issues. BEFORE the reinstall, did you download a fresh copy of Lightburn from their website?

To investigate the crash, we’ll need the crash details.

Please do the following:

  • When LightBurn crashes, take a screenshot of the error message that appears

  • Send the LightBurn crash log file that’s created on your Desktop

  • Go to Help → Enable Debug Log, then restart LightBurn and reproduce the crash if possible.

There is no warning message just shuts down thank for playing, down loaded light Burn a few times with clean install. As for CoralDraw have tried to clear the macro and reinstall the lightburn icon is still ther but grayed out. Windows 11 all updates installed
