Is it possible to create a template in Lightburn? I have created several files that I use repeatedly in Lightburn and every once in awhile I screw up and make a change to the “master” file. I am wondering if it is possible to create a template file that I can bring in to Lightburn and work with it, but not be able to accidently save it and overwrite my original “master”. In other programs such as Word I can create a template that I can work with, but the program requires that I rename the file before I can save it thus protecting the original from accidental overwrite. Is there such a feature in Lightburn? Thanks for your help.

LightBurn 2.1, which is in Release Candidate stage now has templates in it. You can save a file as a template document, and when you open it, any changes are forced to be saved to a new LightBurn document so you don’t overwrite your template file.
