So we have been using the laser for the last few years. The majority of cut are different day to day. Sometimes we have issue where a cut piece slightly drops onto the pin bed only to protrude upwards slightly Then if the laser nozzle travels over the prodtruding cut it foulsnthe nozzle head leading to the belts skipping and ruining the cut/sheet.
Is there a way to avoid pieces that are cut out so the nozzle doesn’t travel over a cut piece eliminating the possible of the nozzle fouling the cut piece.
I read to can set paths but our cuts are different everyday so wondered if there was some auto settig which would avoid them. Failing that, what are my options?
Thank you
Distance from nozzle to bed is about 8mm and the bed is a custom pin bed. Larger objects will never fall through but smaller objects or thin object do.
