i need to cut 150 of these and im trying to optimize as much as possible i have a jtect 3 in 1 laser 24 44 and 64 watt, 64 is to high for engraving any tips on estimate time for this size of a project?
Sure!
9 hours
39 minutes
8 seconds
It is right there in the Preview window.
I see 600mm/m and 95%, 1 pass, for the green layer. At 44w, those are cut, not engrave numbers.
I see 45,000mm/m on the Fill layer. Your laser is not capable of those speeds. It will not even top out at your max speed ($110, $111) because it has no room to accelerate between burn areas.
At 9.5 hours per 24 pieces, you are looking at 6 days to do 150 of them. Without seeing everything, we cannot suggest anything to reduce the time.
Upload your .lbrn2 file, or Message me if you want to keep it private, and maybe we (I) can make some changes that might reduce the run time. I have a 40w laser, so it should be pretty close. Be aware if you Message, I will not upload the modified file, but will list the changes in this thread. This is for the benefit of other users.
Do copy/paste here the GRBL parameters you get by entering $$ in the Console window.
Layer 02 is set to ludicris speed. Change that to realistic number and your time should improved quite a bit.
