Cut mode no show

Hi im new on this software and I research before ask but i cant find out why the cut mode no show on my options only show Line, Fill and Line+Fill but no cut. what check box or setting I need to do.? thanks

The names were changed quite some time ago. Cut=Line Fill=Scan Fill+Line=Scan+Cut
