I have discovered an issue since the last upgrade to 2.0 that the Cut Shapes tool doesn’t work properly with circles.
Using the green square as the cutting shape and the red circle as the target shape, the fianl circle shape that is cut doesn’t match the box boundary.
Is there a known issue or a bug fix for this?

I can’t reproduce that on my system. (MacOS - LB ver.2.0.03)

It seems that there was a bug in 2.0.02, I just updated and it seems to have cleared the problem.
