Cut starts and then stops instantly on Ortur Laster Master 3

We have set up a very simple rectangular cut on 2mm thick cardboard using an Ortur Laser Master 3 The cut is set to 240mm/min 100% 1xpass. on Lightburn 1.4.03 When we start the cut we get a split second of the laser working, then it cuts off, and gives the error message error 9 gcode locked out during alarm or jog state. Weve checked the focus of the laser module, tried different cut settings all to no avail.

A different design created in Lightburn 1.4.00 works fine

Could you post the full output of your console when you try to do this

Confirm that your power adapter is 24v 4amps

Drop power levels to 1% on laser and try again
