Cuts are offset

Hi. I centered the cut directly over the eyes, but it cuts offset. Any solutions?

Do you use a crosshair offset?

No. I simply placed circles over the image eyes, but cut was not on the correct position

But how did you align those circles?

I drew the circles and dragged them to the image eye section. It did align in preview, but in cut not
