I have build a DIY 40Watt Co2 Laser from scratch and i am having issues with the cuts.
Top X cut and Left Y are not perpendicular but its on the opposite side.
Check the image to understand what i mean.
I have try everything but with no success.
Any advise ?
This could indicate that your nozzle/lens is not mounted perpendicularly. Have you checked it with a 90 degree angle to the machine bed?
Additionally to @bernd.dk comment, the beam going into the lens isn’t centered. The result is an angled beam out of the lens…
It’s likely as @bernd.dk advised, but keep it in mind.
