I scan the cutting area before cutting the object, but the speed moves very slowly. How can we adjust this to speed this up?
Are you saying the scan speed does not correlate to the speed setting for the layer? Or that you want to increase the speed for white areas between burn areas?
If the former then something may be fundamentally wrong and more information is required. In that case explain what you’re trying to do, what setting you’re using, what you’re expecting, and what happens instead.
If the latter, then enable and adjust “Fast whitespace scan” in Edit->Device Settings.
It moves very slowly in Contour Scanning mode. The mode in which it determines the area before cutting. I want to increase the speed of this mod.
That likely has nothing to do with LightBurn.
What does the button do? Does it frame around the expected burn area? If so, that’s likely going to be an internal setting. See if there’s an option in the display for settings. Otherwise, I don’t know how that’s managed on the laser.
Preview to see the area to be cut.

That will definitely be either something defined on the control panel or it relies on the rapid speed defined in GRBL. The latter isn’t likely due to the apparent speed.
If the control panel doesn’t offer a setting to adjust this I’d suggest asking the manufacturer how to go about changing this.
Are you running the laser offline? Is framing from LightBurn not an option?
I run it offline.
