my machine has been cutting double lines after we moved our office around, then my father altered some stuff on the machine and I switched back to my old usb port but the problem keeps happening. It is even misaligned. Please help?

Is the air assist on during engraving?
Which layer is processed first? Always engrave first and then cut.
My thoughts on the text: Was anything changed or damaged while moving the laser? Would you like to try using a different USB cable?
Air assist is on yes!
Engraving is always first and cutting done done last, yes!
I am not sure if something got damaged, I used a different port to not bend the cable and it made the machine go to its hard limits when it never did so i went back to the original port to stop it..

Even if you didn’t ask for it, I would turn off the “air assist” when engraving, then you might get a clearer edge
no, it still made those double lines.. ;-;
noted about the air assist! is it only for cutting or should i turn off for engraving as well?
What is the difference between the red and the blue layer… the ornament (red) seems to be somewhat centered, while the lettering “Cappucino” (blue) is not.
As i wrote: i would turn off the air assist while engraving
I think their width is different so they’re not on the same v center
