Cutting/Engraving Countertop Laminate (Formica|Arborite|Wilsonart) with a Diode Laser

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has had any success cutting and/or engraving countertop laminate (Formica/Arborite/Wilsonart to name a few brands) with a diode laser?

If so, would you mind sharing some of your settings and lessons learned / advice?

Did you try this? I have a stack of samples and it’s pretty cheap at < $100 a 48" x 96" sheet.
