Cutting unaligned to engraving

Hi, i’m new to lasercut world, so i apologize if my one is a basic question. I tried to look around or search for similar issues, but i was unable to find an answer (maybe i’m asking something wrong, or i’m using wrong terms).

I have a trouble on my Sculpfun S30 Pro using Lightburn. Some prints comes out good, but many times seems the cutting lines are not aligned to the engraving ones. I tryed to engrave in a single shot, or step by step (one layer at time, going back to home positione after every layer) And this is what i got:

As you can see in the images, it seems that the cutting lines are slided … if i need to provide other images, feel free to ask.

Thank you for help!!!

If you could upload your file.
Most likely you have mechanical issues. Loose belts, couplers, motor drive pullies. Is this new machine?

Yest it’s a new machine, got it from about 1 month.
Today i had a similar problem:
Printing this one (single print, all layers at time) the holes on the left have been disasigned and moved about 2mm to the left. The right ones seems to be in correct position (the holes on the top, right and top side fit well with the other part of the model).

Sadly i can’t provide an image of the output (i tryed to fix it).

Here is the file that gave me the last problem.

Thank you!

Do you have a picture of this finished to look at ?

Your mechanics look very wobbly. You need to fix this first before dealing with software settings. Have a look here: Guide to mechanical adjustments and maintenance
