Hi, can someone tell me how to deactivate an the key off my old pc it was a 32bit and I never could get it to work with my fiber laser that was activated with the offline activation, so I switched to a 64 bit set it up on my new pc and it said I reached the computer limit when I tried to activate the key on the new pc. I looked in the portal and it doesn’t have my key in it. I got my key from thunder laser when I bought my laser. I added the galvo key to it and that’s the laser I’m trying to get working is the fiber laser. Thanks for the help
