Is it possible to modify the number of decimal places shown in the XPos, YPos, Width, Height, and mm input areas on the left of the toolbar?
I rarely work at sub-mm precisions for these values, and often find that I don’t completely overtype the existing values when modifying them manually. Being able to set the displayed decimal places to zero would remove minor but frequent interruptions to workflow caused by Fat Finger Syndrome. 
Or Loosey Goosey Mouse Syndrome. I too encounter this a lot.
