Is there a way to see the files currently on my Ruida controller through Lightburn? I have some “blank” file names that disconnect the controller when I select them on my keypad on the laser. I would like to go in through Lightburn and delete those files. I have a feeling they are file fragments and are corrupted. I have a Boss Laser LS1420, if that matters.
If you click on “Files” in the laser tab of the controller, and maybe “Refresh” you can see the files on the controller. A radical solution would be to delete ALL the user files on the controller. Watch this to see how: Clean Ruida file memory - YouTube
You should be able to see stored files in the “File List” window. Check Window menu if the window is not currently available to you.
