This is the final file with 100% power and diferent speeds.
Ok, so now we’ve taken the power scale settings out of the equation as your rectangles are all now set to 100% power scale and the only thing to affect the cutting performance is the layer power and speed settings.
In your original posting you said:

I would highly recommend reading the LightBurn documentation to get a good grasp of the software.
As @jkwilborn mentioned: this is what the Materials test was created for.
In the beginning it was a test for cutting in diferent material, but it didn´t work like it should. So I did the same settings to all layers and again not the same results. I never did a manualy change to the power scale and so I clouldn´t explain why all happend like it did. To me one setting for power and speed per layer is enough. I will not use power scale - keep it simple.
