Dimensional error when cutting

Why does my cutter change the measurements of some pieces when I send the vectors obtained from a free page to cutting?

por favor me podrías apoyar!!

Please could you support me!!

What is the issue you are encountering? Please ask your question again, and offer greater detail. With what you have offered, no idea what to provide for assistance.

I want to make a box, I found a page where I make the vectors, I import them into my program and everything goes well. The problem is that when it finishes cutting, it throws me several covers with different measurements, so it no longer fits and I can no longer assemble the box.

Thank you. What file format are you importing? You say, “…everything goes well.”. Please explain further. Did you measure things visible in the workspace and get the results you’d expect?

“Several”? How many did you expect? “Different measurements” from each other? Different from what is measured in the workspace? Please provide screenshots and illustrations to show us what you are observing.

Things I’d might check,

  • Duplicate shapes atop each other (might be reason for “several covers”)
  • Cut Settings Editor - Kerf Setting (might be the cause of different size production)

If willing, share the LBRN file for review.

You’ll need to provide a screenshot of your design and a photo of the result for any chance of getting help on this.

I hope you can explain to me, look, I made a box and everything was done well and it turned out perfect, but I wanted to test my rotary axis to do tests with thermoses but when it came time to install the rotary axis it said to put a command which I put it and I already did my tests, then the next day I wanted to make another box that they asked me for and surprise!! The measurements no longer match me from then on.

I use the page to make my vectors and when it comes to presenting them in the program everything indicates that it is fine, the problem is when I finish cutting it because the measurements no longer match and I can no longer assemble the box

And that was what, and where did you “do” this? Show us what you changed.

Did you revert the changes made to test the rotary to get back to flat work?

NO, I DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO IT

You likely left your Rotary enabled. Go to the Rotary Settings window, and turn Rotary to OFF

The menu can be found in the top menu bar, under ‘Laser Tools > Rotary Setup’ then disable the ‘Enable Rotary’ switch.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH, IT IS ALREADY DEACTIVATED

Please can you help me how do I do it?

Could you help me solve my problem please?
