I’m having an issue with my diode laser setup. I have a custom build running a Neje 40w (15w output) fixed laser with a cohesion board. Functionality all seems to be working, however once I start lightburn it turns the laser on low(ish) power. It isn’t an issue all the time, but it does cause some unintentional marking on certain materials in the whitespace, during framing, rapid movement, etc.
I have tried doing some research but most results come up with enabling the laser fire button. If I had to guess its something in my smoothie settings and the way lightburn handles them.
Fwiw, I have tried a different laser module as well with the same results.
Any help with this is very much appreciated!
