So in my other post I explained that I could not communicate between my laptop and laser. It will now work if I draw a box and cut it out. But if I try a file the controller beeps once and then it says busy paused It does this in both lightburn and rdworks. I’m guessing I need a new controller? Any help is appreciated.
Check if the memory of the controller is full and clean some files.

The files are in the controller, not Lightburn. Conrtoller connected?
I deleted all his files when I got it home. So the Laser itself has no files on it.
- Confirm Windows shows a COM port containing CH340 in the text when you plug in the laser. You should also hear a tone.
- Make sure there is no other software running, like RDworks(?), when you make the connection.
