Does anyone else get this problem or do I have something not set right

When I click help / check for updates , it pops a window telling me its checking then after a short wait it says " a network server error occured , connection refused" is this a problem at lightburns end or have I something set wrong?

You may have AV or another security app blocking access to these servers. You may need to whitelist LightBurn to open access. Nothing has been reported with our end having issues. :slight_smile:

This may happen if you are behind a firewall. You can just download the latest version from our trial/download page and install that way.

I had worried that if I just downloaded and installed the update that it might think I was making a fresh install and use up another of my licenses but I have tried what you said and its now running fine under
