Does not display a portal choice in order to connect

Had to move my lightburn program to another laptop. It came right up but in the box where you choose the correct portal so it can connect, there were no choices listed. My previous setup displayed a choice of either portal number 3 or number 4, it used number 4

More than likely it’s requiring a driver for the laser.
