My license expired, I can log in on the Portal just fine, but on checking out to pay for renewal it says account or pass word not found? Tim

I’m trying to renew my license key but cannot find my original key to input. Tried the license portal but cannot remember the emails that we would have used are not working. cannot remember the password and tried to reset the password but got no response in any emails.
