Just got my license key number to load the software on a second computer. Forgot what the procedure is. Not sure where to find the down load to start, i suppose you get asked to type in the key number when down loading, can anyone advise please, many thanks.

Download and install trial version. Input your key from email or go to license portal.
support@lightburnsoftware.com, as the ending of the link suggests, is an independent page, a subpage of the lightburn company. The link opens your mail program and allows you to write to their support directly. This is not part of the forum.
