I’ve been engraving anodized aluminum at 2000mm/m @ 20% for several projects now. I’ve not used my laser for two weeks, and booted everything up today to run more of the same. My framing dot is noticeably dimmer, and my usual burn settings are doing nothing. I’ve gradually cranked it up and slowed it down, and I’m not even getting the faintest ghost lines until I’m at 500mm/m @ 95% power now. This makes the laser effectively unusable.
What I’ve done:
Cleaned the laser head, with no result.
Confirmed that S-value max in both machine and device settings is unchanged.

You had four lines in the pattern?
Yes, I have a clean shape as shown at 1m to 1.5m. I have 4 bars beyond 2m.
