DXF entspricht nicht der Originalgröße

Hallo mein name ist Philipp!

Hoffe ich bin hier richtig bzw mache nicht ein neues Thema auf wo eventuell schon die Antwort drin steht. Hab das Forum durchforstet aber keine Antwort gefunden zu meinem Problem.

Folgendes:
Besitze einen TwoTrees 30x30cm Cutter mit 40Watt.

Die Achsen sind kalibriert.
Habe dies mit einem Rechtek mit den Maßen 10x10cm gemacht, nachgemessen und Sie sind korrekt.

Wenn Ich in Lightburn selber ein Rechteck oder sonstige Formen mache dann wird dies auch korrekt und in genau dieser Größe gelasert, graviert oder was auch immer.

Wenn ich aber eine DXF Datei nehme (Hab mir einen Bauplan online gekauft für eine Holzuhr) kommt das zB Zahnrad nicht 1:1 sondern hat minimale abweichung zur tatsächlichen größe. Also das Zahnrad ist um ca 2 mm größer als gewollt.
Habe aber bereits alles schon mal komplett deinstalliert und nochmals frisch installiert, hab alles neu kalibriert, und und und, das Problem bleibt jedoch bestehen.

Kann mir da eventuell jemand weiterhelfen oder Tipp geben wieso dies so ist? Oder wie ich es beheben kann?

I hope I’m in the right place here or not opening a new topic where the answer may already be in there. I searched the forum but couldn’t find an answer to my problem.

the following:
I own a TwoTrees 30x30cm cutter with 40 watts.

The axes are calibrated.
Did this with a rectangle measuring 10x10cm, measured and you are correct.

If I make a rectangle or other shapes in Lightburn myself, then it will be lasered, engraved or whatever correctly and in exactly this size.

But if I take a DXF file (I bought a blueprint online for a wooden clock), the gear wheel, for example, does not come out 1:1 but has a minimal deviation from the actual size. So the gear is about 2 mm larger than intended.
But I’ve already completely uninstalled everything and reinstalled it freshly, I’ve recalibrated everything, and and and, but the problem persists.

Can anyone help me or give me a tip as to why this is the case? Or how can I fix it?

Are you comparing the size in LightBurn to the actual engraved size? Or between intended DXF size and what you see in LightBurn?

Can you send screenshots and photos of what you are seeing?

Danke für die Rückmeldung.

Ich mache es so.
Ich füge in Lightburn die gekaufte DXF Datei ein. Alles wird korrekt dargestellt auch inklusive größen.
Wenn ich dann zB ein Zahnrad ausschneide aus einem Pappelholz 3mm dann ist dieses etwas zu groß.
Die X und Y Achse habe ich von 80 auf 78 gesetzt. Da wird dann das Objekt beinahe zu ca 98% korrekt ausgeschnitten.
Was ich dabei aber absolut nicht verstehe weil wenn ich diese besagten 78 eingestellt habe für die Achsen und ich kontrolliere dies mit einem selbst gemachten Rechteck 10x10cm dann ist dies wiederum um 2mm zu kurz.
Deshalb stehe ich mit meinem Latein an.
Die DXF Datei ist aber korrekt und ohne Fehler.
Ich denke mir das ich einfach die Einstellungen vom Laser selbst falsch habe aber ich komm nicht dahinter welche.

Ps: Benötigen Sie nur ein Zahnrad von der DXF Datei?

How exactly are you calibrating your X and Y? What process are you using and what are you changing in LightBurn to do this?

In general, if you calibrated to the 10x10 cm square that should hold true for any object. You should consider calibrating against a larger square in case this is a scaling issue.

Question, how big was the gear in the file supposed to be? It imported as ~987mm. I noticed that LightBurn couldn’t determine units so imported in the default units.

Hoffe die Angabe oben ist so gemeint gewesen.

Das Zahnrad sollte sein 13,4cm und ist aber 13,7cm von einer zahnradaussenseite zur anderen (gegenüberliegenden).
Dieses Maß bekomme ich wenn ich die X und Y Achse auf 80 (original) belasse.
Wenn ich die X und Y Achse auf 78 ändere dann bekomme ich die Maße 13,45cm also beinahe korrekt.

Are you using the Calibrate Axis feature in Edit->Machine Settings?

Ja genau so gehe ich vor wenn ich die Achsen kalibriere so wie Sie hier das Bild hochgeladen haben.
Ich habe in der Zwischenzeit den LaserCutter komplett kontrolliert ob alles gut gespannt und festgezogen etc.
Ausserdem habe ich alles frisch, bzw neu installiert und mal auf Original belassen.
Nun habe ich Testweise ein Rechteck mit 12x12cm und einen Kreis mit 7cm gelasert auf Papier. Das komische ist nun das der Laser nicht dort Endet wo er begonnen hat!?!?
Nun verstehe ich die Welt nicht mehr.

This is odd. The calibration process should get you pretty much on perfectly.

Is the latest picture from a different laser or the same laser? This is likely something mechanical but the burn is unusual. What are the burned dimensions?

Can you check your pulleys on the stepper shafts and make sure they are not slipping? Make sure the grub screws are secured tightly against the flat portion of the shaft. Do this for all pulleys.

Update:

Habe nun abermals alles nochmals gemacht aber mit meinem 2ten Laptop.
Nun passen endlich die ganzen Maße und alles ist kalibriert.
Alles läuft nun wie es soll, also beinahe.
Jetzt habe ich nur noch das Problem das alles Spiegelverkehrt gemacht wird.
So wie ich es verstehe muss ich die X Achse umkehren, weil rauf ist runter und runter ist rauf.
Kann ich das irgendwie ändern aber so das dies gleich im Controller gespeichert wird oder ist dies eher nicht zu empfehlen weil dann eventuell was kaputt gehen kann?
