Try changing $1 to 255 instead of 25. That value is how many milliseconds to wait before disengaging the motors, and you honestly shouldn’t ever turn them off, or they can slip. I doubt that’s the issue here, but it’s worth a shot.

As I was doing more testing last night I did a last minute check and found the two set screws on my Y axis drive pulley, they were loose. I put thread lock on them and tested it again this morning and it came out perfect.
As an electronics technician they say always look for the simple stuff first. I totally missed it, my bad. Thank you everyone for your input and help I do really appreciate it.

I’m sorry I should’ve listen to you first probably save me a lot of headache and troubleshooting time, you’re right the two set screws on the pulley somehow got loose. But this time I use Loctite on them and that shouldn’t happen again but again thank you.
