Easy way to match listed dimensions into Lightburn

Hello I would like the cut the attached pdf to the dimensions listed to make a drill template and am curious is there is an easy way to convert this into something where the dimensions are quickly matched. I think I could pretty easily replicate it (I just need to have the holes placed correctly) but am always looking for a better way of doing things. Not sure if it is possible with this file as I did noticed when I was trying to do it through trial and error that once enlarged it gets kind of pixelated.

Thanks!

Simplest way i would imagine would be to open PDF as source

Trace the image if needed

Then use known dimensions as a datum to adjust size so it matches perfectly (Using ruller tool helps)

Use the TRACE command to convert from .jpeg to SVG.

Lock the aspect ratio

Draw a rectangle that is 25mm long. Stretch the object by the corner until your rectangle fits between the reference marks for the top holes.

Lock the shape

Cut your template.

Drink coffee. It’s that easy
