Edges/offsets in circles depending on it's starting point (backlash?)

In Optimization Settings, enable ‘Hide Backlash’. If that works, then it’s backlash.

The ‘Hide Backlash’ option changes the planning order of the cuts, but doesn’t alter the cut data otherwise.
