I just started going through the process of setting up my new emblaser 2 in your software… I have went through the camera alignment and calibration steps but when I go to click the camera icon in the software to “update the background from the camera” the icon is inactive… Any suggestions?
Hi Phil - I believe this was addressed earlier today in our email system, but in case anyone else is reading, the solution was to select the Emblaser camera in the Camera Control window. It consumes some CPU, so we don’t do this automatically.
