I’ve seen this question asked before in this forum, but never an answer. How do you enable the status output from the Ruida RDC6445G controller and/or Lightburn?
My newly built system works fine but the Status pin on the controller is always floating, it never gets pulled low. I’ve tried all the Lamp settings, which I assume are the ones to change, but nothing works. Is there another setting somewhere? Or perhaps a setting in Lightburn itself? Thanks for any help.
OK - I found it. 
I think it is that the RDC6445G settings default to having two laser tubes connected. When I disabled the second (non existent) tube then the Status output started working.
