30 day trial ended a few days ago. Paid for the new key via Paypal about 8 hours ago with a receipt from them. Nothing. Have emailed Lightburn twice 8 hours apart with no response.
This process should send out the key as soon as the sale completes, usually within a few seconds. Do a complete search of all email, including your spam and promotional folders, for “LightBurn License Key”, as it can land there.

Edit, looking into our systems, I see that one of our reps responded and provided your key again this morning to your earthlink account.
