Engraving and cutting out a nameplate. After engraving successfully, at the beginning of the cutting step, Lightburn stops responding and shuts down completely. Suggestions?

Is this occurring when running just one particular job/project?
Are you just getting started with your machine or have you successfully used it previously for similar jobs without any issues? For cutting?
Try running a job that previously worked fine.
What version of LightBurn are you running?

we have previously done cut outs and its worked but now the program shuts down when we try to cut
Please add screenshots of the “Galvo and Basic”, and “Ports and Lasers” settings.
-if you rearrange the output order so cut layer runs first does it crash immediately this time?
-if you run a new simple job that marks a single line in the middle of the work area, does it still crash?
