What would be the correct path for doing the identical engraving on the backside of my material that contain odd shaped parts. Would like to get everything lined up correctly. Yes I am new to this. Material is 1/8" basswood.

It depends a bit on how much and how complicated your project is.
For smaller series with relatively simple designs, I use a template. I engrave and cut out the first page and put it mirrored in again, pick up the second design and center it in LightBurn in the same position where the front page has just been. Of course, you do not move the material you have cut the first part out of.
