I have an unusual problem that I cannot solve.
This is what happened when I upgraded to the latest version.
the left glass, and all the previous ones have turned out fine, but the right one, the image has been turned upside down.
I have read through
everything about origin in the help. But I can’t find how to get it back to how it was from the beginning
Are you saying both glasses were done afterthe update, or just the upside down one?
Let us know what laser you are using and what rotary type.
Please post a screenshot (not a cell phone pic) of your entire Lightburn screen with your project loaded and the Cuts/Layers Panel and Laser Panel visible. Post a screenshot of the Rotary window. Also post a screenshot of the Settings Window (Gears icon) with the Units and Grids tab visible and post a screenshot of the Device Settings Window (Wrench and Screwdriver icon).

Check your ORIGIN setting. My diode uses bottom left of the screen for 0,0.
Has there been a change on your machine when you are not using the rotary? Will a flat piece come out right?
When I engrave tumblers, I hold them by the base. When I engrave wine glasses, I have to hold them by the top. I have to manually turn the wine glass engraving 180 degrees so the engrave matches the wine glass.
