I have a strange problem ,when I engrave several individual objects, the first is with perfect quality the rest look blurry.Sometimes the first and the last look perfect other blurr.
Has anyone encountered this problem? If I engrave it one by one no problem quality is perfect. Use lightburn 0.9.18
I used different settings for speed and power but there was no effect. Material is flat ,at rdworks there was no problem.I think it appeared after the last update.
Are all the settings identical otherwise? Are they being engraved at the same position on the laser?
That looks like a scanning offset issue, but that should be the same regardless of how many items you do at once. If the two jobs were run at different places on the laser, it could be beam alignment.
First thanks for help. Settings are the same position too. When changing position the result is the same engraving one by one perfect several bad. Mirror and lens alighment. This is my scanning ofset settings.
Gweike laser reci w4 tube.
Have you tried the stock software to see if it’s doing the same thing?
Does it do this if you increase the laser power a little?
You could have a loose bearing in the bearing block for the X axis, or It’s possible it’s a failing part (motor driver, power supply, tube). It’s also feasible that you’re very close to the ionization point of the tube, and if that’s the case the plasma / laser output can be unstable (which is why I asked about increasing the power).
I can’t think of anything on the software side that would cause that.
