Engraving stops halfway through using rotary

I have a Ruida 80w and a OMTech Laser Rotary Attachment with Nema 23 2-Phase Stepper Motor for 50W 60W 80W 100W 130W CO2 Laser Engraving Machines K40 Rotary.
I was engraving glassware (pint beer glass) with no problems, changed to different glassware (rock whiskey glass) and now it stops engraving a little more than halfway through the project. Went back to the pint glass and am still having the same issue. All suggestions or help would be appreciated.

You are probably hitting the Y axis limit. On your controller take note of the current Y position and using the move arrows rotate the Y axis until it’s near the other end. In other words if your Y axis reads 0 move it to 475 if your Y limit is 500 or if it’s at 500 move it to 25. Hope this helps.

When you use the Test Button in your rotary setup window, the rotary should turn a full 360 degrees, pause, then rotate back to the starting point. If the rotary turns too far, reduce the steps per rotation value. If it does not turn far enough, increase it.

To avoid this, I use Current Position and rotate the chuck 3-4 rotations (rollers might need more I think). This gets me away from the Yaxis travel boundaries. It is kind of like centering the Yaxis…
