disable all the Z ones for now
And now we reset firmware
You need to do the $131 again to redefine Y lenght
i haven’t done the $131 yet, but after the square framed, i opened the original file and it seems to frame
good good
So variable 1 now we can test
Enable the z axis again (you might need to go back and check the ones to enable on earlier thread pictures)
Home again
then retry
ok, reset #131=850
turned z axis on
frames ok now…gonna try it.

hopefully this gets me back up and running. I guess i’ll learn a lot about this, just not sure how i messed it up.
now I am curious why the steps per mm could be messed up, but the way the Z was … with 3212.851 steps per mm that coudl be causing issues
i will investigate myself, guess we both could have learned something here
is fine we all always learning. mark the $rst=* as solution if it does work. might help someone else
