G-code locked out during alarm or jog state.
Help with burning my plaque

Error :9 is a homing problem. Need more information. New machine? Just started happening?

fixed that error now getting the following on my ortur laser master pro 2

Is your firmware up to date? Saw some posts with same errors that update fixed.
