So how do I fix this?
Using google, I realized that has to do with “a G-code line sent to the controller was too long for its internal buffer”.
Enabling G-code clustering in device settings window should help.
GCode Clustering will not work on the Sculpfun, and likely not on the TwoTrees as well.
Are you using Lightburn to run the laser? Alarm 11 is not a standard GRBL alarm code. Is it possible it was Error 11? If yes, then @Kuth has the right description, and it could be a USB communications issue or intermittent power connection. If it actually was Alarm 11, you will need to contact the manufacturer for an explanation on what that means.
It comes up as Alarm 11 and cant find the limiter positions, but I have no idea why that would have changed or how to change it.
So I did that and the following came up,’

Homing fail. Could not find limit switch within search distance. Defined as 1.5 * max_travel on search and 5 * pulloff on locate phases.
It seems there is an issue with the limit switches. Check them using the question mark command (explanation here: Limit Switches - Diode Laser Wiki). I guess the electrical connection might be loose or faulty.
Ok so what is the question mark command and my machine is a RDDSPON 22w laser so there are no circuit boxes like my old s9

It does work for grbl firmwares. The messages you reported above look like a grbl variant, at least.
GRBL for sure, variant unknown though.
Now I feel really dumb. When you say open the concole and send a ? tothe laser. I dont know where to find that
Console tab on the right side, then enter ? in the text box and hit Return. The Console window should list the results if your controller supports it.

The Yaxis switch is closed. Was it sitting on that switch when you did the command? If not, you found an issue.
If you just Homed the machine, it should not be sitting on any switch.
So if it was not sitting on it , do I need a new limiter switch, it came with a spare?
First, you can check if there is any issue with the switch or cable that you can solve directly. Only if you don’t find anything, you can replace it.
