I have restarted my laser and my computer several times …even overnight…and cannot get this error message to go away. HELP! (Neje A40640)
Make sure your com port is correctly selected on the Laser Panel
Also you get a welcome connection message on console window.
I have tried to send my info to my machine from my computer to laser my item numerous times. I have read on multiple forums what to do and have done everything that was suggested. In my Machine setting I can’t load from a file or load from backup, to read then write.
Also, The error I get is “There was a problem sending data to the laser. The machine may be busy or paused”. Any suggestions?
