Error while cutting holes

test.lbrn2 (29.2 KB)
Hello, I have a request to check the project / file.
I don’t want to suggest what the problem may be.
Let’s focus on the file if it’s ok and then possibly go to the machine.

You may not what to suggest what the problem is - but it would be very helpful for you to tell us what you are expecting to happen and what you are actually seeing happen. Your subject says there’s an error - so maybe you mean it’s not cutting at all? But there’s no way for us to know for sure what you mean.

Also, in your profile you have your laser listed as test. It helps for users to actually have their real laser model as it gives us a better idea of what we are working with.

That being said - your cut settings in your file have the power set to 2%

At best that’s good for engraving - maybe. Most lasers (CO2 or Diode) don’t really do anything at such a low power level.
Also, your speed is quite high at 100mm/s. That might work for engraving but would require higher power.
What are you trying to engrave/cut? If we know that we can point you in the right direction.

Thank you for your response.

speed and power are set for simulation.
The outline cuts it out, but after approaching the circle it stops and burns at the point without moving any more.

As @adammhaile said, we need to know more about what hardware / firmware that drives this system and which Device Profile and settings used in LightBurn to move to the next in offering diagnostic help. Ready when you are…
