I created a file and saved it. I opened it once and made a grayscale engraving. Worked fine. Now the file is still there, but when I select it and click OPEN it doesn’t open in Lightburn. Here is a picture of the file in lightburn before I click Open.
Yes I have uploaded other files and they work fine. I’m beginning to think I must have saved a blank file at some point, leaving the name there with no actual data. Thanks.
Have you tried seeing whether Windows has any record of previous versions? If so you might be able to restore one that contains the design you’ve lost.
