My falcon Dont movee, exept home. When I push "fire", The window appear, and say: Laserhead do not get the needed information. (not exact those words). What is going on with my new machine?? I dont understand anything about that laser, and Im new with Lightburn software too. It was working for one day, but, I dint know… Somebody, HELP ME!
iI did burn (mark) shiny stanless steal, and the dirty lens warning light start to blink,
but it did work after that…
I’d suggest learning what the 3 different start from positions are in LightBurn and how to use them:

From the error message you’ve shared, I’m not sure you’re connected to your laser yet.

Yes, I think the problem was “origin”.
Even I don`t understand anything about anything, my laser works again.
It could be better stay “user origin”…
