Hi, is it possible to add to the Offset Shape Tool the option to define the contour steps like it is in Corel?

After you create the first offset, hold CTRL and click the offset tool.
No, not at this time, but you can hold the CTRL-key (CMD on Mac) to quickly repeat the offset.
