Fill but avoid the stars

I want to fill in the Union, but have the stars raised, I can’t remember if I have done it will Lightburn before, how do I go about this?

Put all on the same Layer and check if you have an offset applied.

Okay, I just tried that and it does a spiral but still fills in the entire rectangle.

You have an offset (shapes) applied to the stars, sorry.

Did you set to fill?
With just the stars when you add the outside border that should change fill to rest of union.
To change to fill the stars just duplicate the border.

Yes, I set to fill, I just shared the picture of the lines to illustrate what I was asking.

Well, apparently, it just matters in what order you selected how you want to fill. If I select the stars first then the border, it will just do the outer areas.
