Attempting to perfect etching of PETG and Acrylic I just ran a material test and interval test. The photo is a square produced by the interval test. The top and bottom edge of the square (and the text) it appears that the laser is overshooting either the start point or the end point. Anybody know how to correct this?
I am fairly new to this. Using an Omtech, 60W manual focus. Material in the photo is PETG, 300mm/sec, 10% power.
