I have a Ruida controller. It is about 2 years old. This just started with in the last month. When do a fill on a name it will be doing great, and then some letters are shifted out of alignment.
It is conceivable that after 2 years of operation, your laser machine has started to be a little loose in the belts. At a certain speed you may lose steps and your laser head “jumps” out of line.
You write in your profile that you do not know what kind of laser you have, I assume that it is a CO2 laser machine when it has a Ruida controller, then only the size of the machine is missing and how powerful it is, send a few pictures then we will find out.
I had this happen and was told to slow down the speed. I did and haven’t a problem since.
That is good news.
But after two years of operation of the machine, I will check all mechanical parts for wear and whether everything is tightened correctly, especially if you could drive faster before.
After two years of use, the mechanical parts on your equipment such as belts, drive shafts and screws should become loose. Please tighten them
