Hey guys I need some help trying to figure out how to use ligthburn. I have a ORTUR Laser Master 3 and a MacBook Air.
I’d suggest by reviewing all the videos on the LightBurn youtube channel. Then working through the documentation that’s quite useful and underutilized.
You’ll get it, maybe not right away but ask specific questions as they come up. Start with shapes and text, easy stuff. It’s like eating an elephant, “You must do it one bite at a time.”
Reach out to the group for help, that’s what it’s all about.
Now go burn something!
Absolutely what PY said. The documentation is pretty thorough. The doc site isn’t always the most logical to navigate, but a few hours spent there is a good investment of your time. Some of it is outdated now but even that is usually a small jump to current release.
