Fixed problem with ethernet

Ever switching to the 1.0.04 software update, my computer will not find the laser. I have it connected via ethernet and have used this machine for about 2+ years now with no problems. I have checked the ISP on the machine and in lightburn both the same as always. I have tried new ethernet cables, rebooted comp, and laser multiple times. Still no connection. Any help would be great! I have attached the debug log LightBurnLog.txt (3.7 KB) if anyone can help. Thank You

running Windows 10
ethernet to TP LINK gigabit switch (have switched it out as well, no change)
from gigabit switch to laser, but still no connection.
I have tried connecting from laser to computer and still no connection.

I have pinged the IP on the laser. results: sent 4 received 4 0 loss

ran the advanced IP scanner and this is the result below.

What is the IP address of your computer, and the IP address set in the panel on the laser controller?

The log is just showing that there’s no response from the laser - nothing at all.

Did you get your issue resolved? I am having the same issues. I have a MacBook Pro and can’t get it to communicate. I have been fighting this for over a week.

Just a thought, put 192.168.001.246 in for the machine address.

It is always better to explain the exact issue(s) you are having. This way, we can offer suggestions for what you are experiencing yourself. What do you mean, exactly, when you say “same issues”? :slight_smile:

Issues with connecting LightBurn to my laser. I have tried usb, and Ethernet with no success.
